Our service is centred around years of experience and working with you to maintain a healthy body , healthy mind and healthy soul .

Teazel has worked for fifteen years as a mental health nurse and counselling with expertise in anxiety and depression . Teazel uses her professional expertise to help mothers maintain their well- being during pregnancy .

Being a mother to two beautiful children , Teazel is a passionate advocate for mental health. Teazel faced her own struggles with post natal depression and it is from this personal view point that she has structured the services that help women feel empowered and supported.
